Deep Mist AI / Free hooks / Snapchat
Hooks for Snapchat ads that sound like a Snap.
Snapchat is where people talk to their own phone cameras, so an ad that opens like a polished brand film stands out for the wrong reason. These are the lines from our free hook library that sound most like something a person would say straight to the lens. Free to take and adapt. Our own ads are AI-generated, and we say so.
Lines to say straight to the lens
Each line below comes from the hook library, chosen because a person holding the phone upright can say it straight to the camera. Tap a niche to see every hook we have written for it.

Shooting a hook for Snapchat
Talk to the lens
Film it the way people film each other: phone held upright, face close, speaking straight into the camera. A studio set reads as an ad before a word lands.
Line before logo
Open on the person and the line. Save the brand card for the end, where the viewers who stayed are ready to see it.
Write it to be read
Some people watch with the sound down. Put the hook on screen as a caption too, word for word, so it lands either way.
Keep it plain
A hook that over-promises is the part of an ad most likely to mislead. Say what the product does, and let the rest of the ad show it.
What Snap says about AI in ads
Our platform guide quotes Snap's advertising policies word for word, with a link and the date we read them. Our reading, in brief:
The rule we found is about misleading people, not about which tool made the ad: Snap's advertising policies prohibit ads that manipulate content to mislead, whether through generative AI or through editing.
Read 19 October 2026. The quotes and links: Can you run AI ads on TikTok, Meta and Snapchat? This is a plain reading, not legal advice.
If you want the ad made
If you would rather have the ad made, our studio makes AI UGC video ads to order on Fiverr, with an AI-generated presenter saying your hook to camera. Ordering, messages and payment all stay on Fiverr. The brief checklist shows what to send, and our cost and delivery pages show every package.

Plainly stated
These hooks are written lines, not results. We cannot tell you how any of them will perform on Snapchat, and we have no Snap campaign data to share. Ads we make with them are AI-generated: the presenter is not a real customer, and nobody should claim otherwise.
